Consulting & Projects

The whole business. Through to implementation.

Strategy, service, team structures, sales and digital workflows. We take on what's in front of us, and stay until it runs.

Alex Obertop working on consulting projects

Consulting, for me, isn't handing over a concept and leaving. We take the business, agree what comes first, and then work it through.

I bring over 30 years in top hospitality and my own responsibility as an entrepreneur. Which means I know what holds day to day, and what only looks good on paper.

Add to that the digital tools I use myself: AI, websites, CRM and sales and marketing processes. Concretely, that can look like this: a website guides prospects to the right next step, an inquiry lands in the CRM, ownership is clear, follow-ups support sales, AI helps with prep, structure and wording. Application examples, not proven client projects.

What we take on

  • Service: What makes yours stand out, and where it sticks in the day.
  • Strategy: Where you're heading, and what it needs first.
  • Leadership and team: Who does what, who decides, who carries it.
  • Sales: How you reach the guests or customers that fit you.
  • Digital: Websites, CRM and workflows that make the day easier, not harder.
  • Growth: Put structure in before it hurts.

How we go about it

01

First call: You tell me where you are. We see if it fits.

02

On-site read: I come to you, look at the operation and the team.

03

Plan: What first, what next. A clear order.

04

Through to implementation: We stay on it until it runs.

Who it's for

Owners and managing directors in service businesses: hotels and restaurants, but also retail, health, real estate, consulting, trades with customer contact. Especially when the business is growing and the structure is lagging behind.
